This is a blatant solicitation to anyone in the Lawrence area who would like to attend a fund-raising dinner and auction for Veritas Christian School. The monies raised at this year’s event will be set aside exclusively for a Veritas Building Fund. For traditional reasons the event is called the Barn Party and is 21 November, at the Lawrence Holidome, and doors open at 6:45pm.
The tickets are $15 each. We went last year, and it was a nice dinner, and there are some good deals at the silent auction before dinner and the live auction afterward.
